You can determine the answer to this question in a couple of different ways.
1. Simply answer the question.
2. Look at your membership retention numbers.
I suggest you go through both exercises. It is usually quite revealing.
Either way, the answer isn't the most important thing. What really matters is what you do after you
have your answer.
Members, especially the newer ones, have justifiable expectations. They expect
their businesses to benefit from Chamber membership.
So ... take another look at what you offer your members. Is it meaningful to them? Are they
engaged? If not, why bother!
Remember ..... you can NEVER be TOO member-centric.
